Our new, professionally decorated, air conditioned 6 bed/5.5 bath home sleeps up to 12 guests.  The home includes THREE master King bedrooms with en-suites, an additional master Queen bedroom and two twin rooms (each with two twin beds).  All four master bedrooms feature luxurious pillow top mattresses and 20”cable TV’s.  Each twin bedroom features a 20" Cable TV and one twin room has a Playstation 2!  All bed and bath linens are provided.  The family room features a 32" Cable TV with VHS and DVD combo and comfortably seats 10!  Enjoy the convenience of a full eat in kitchen with all of the necessary cooking and eating utensils (seats 8 at the table, plus 3 barstools), as well as a formal dining room (seats 6).  A full size washer and dryer, hair dryers in every bathroom and an outdoor pool-side table seats 8 are all provided for your use free of charge during your stay.  For your added entertainment, this home features a garage-coversion games room including a pool table, air hockey table, foosball and electronic darts.  The home is a very short walk to the community clubhouse!  This home is SMOKE FREE AND PET FREE. 

 The Bella Vida Club House (within walking distance from the house) offers a lagoon pool with large Jacuzzi,  fitness room with exercise equipment and meeting area.  Loads of area attraction brochures are also available at the Club House!  Bella Vida has all of the amenities of a private resort but with the comfort, convenience and privacy of a home.
