Terms and conditions (For Privacy Policy, scroll down) To secure a booking we require a deposit of 25% of the rental cost, availability will not be guaranteed until this is received. You will also be required to complete personal details of those in your party and read and sign a contract which must be returned to us along with a copy of your photo ID. By signing this form you are confirming you are over 25 years old and will be staying in and be responsible for the home during the period of this reservation. During check in you and all members of your party will be required to produce their identity to the Management Company and/or security to confirm it matches the information on the contract.No booking will be confirmed without this information. This information will be forwarded to the management company who will use it to confirm your identity upon check in. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival along with the relevant damage deposit. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival full payment will be required immediately to complete a reservation. A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $500 or £250 is required in addition to your rental fee against any damages or loss that may occur during your stay. The deposit is refundable within 21 days of your departure based on cleaning and inspection. Charges for any damage or loss will be deducted from your deposit and the remainder will be refunded to you after the house has been inspected. IMPORTANT, whilst staying in the property you will be responsible for the contents it is therefore imperative you put the alarm on and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave the house, even for a short while. Losses will be recovered from your security deposit and from you directly if the deposit will not cover the costs. Once paid, monies cannot be refunded unless the owner or management company cancels the booking we therefore advise you to take out adequate travel insurance. Any request to change dates on a confirmed reservation is subject to availability and a $100 or £50 administration charge. We will attempt to accommodate you whenever possible. If the new dates are a higher tariff then the difference between the two rates will need to be paid in addition to the $100 or £50, this would also be the case if your rates were a special promotion. Any requests must be received in writing and are subject to the owners approval. Whilst staying in the house there is a list of emergency contact numbers. If anything is not as expected or not functioning properly or you have any other issues please contact the management company at the concierge desk or call 321 677 0444. You will also be supplied with an out of hours number upon arrival. We cannot make refunds for problems that have arisen and that have not been notified to the management company. All reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the problem immediately. POOL HEATING: If for any reason it is not operating and you have paid for it please report this to the concierge desk at the club house or call the number supplied to you on check in. If it cannot be fixed the charge paid for pool heating will be refunded for the time of non-operation. Please be aware you must put the pool cover on when the pool is not in use if you have requested pool heating. You will be required to adhere to all house rules in force at the time of your stay. Further details will be sent to you before your departure.
